Hardwood, LVT, Laminate, Linoleum Cleaning

Did you know when you sweep and mop to clean hardwood floors, you’re not actually removing all the dirt?

While sweeping and mopping are important parts of routine maintenance (and can lower the chance of scratches and scuffs on the floors), a good deep cleaning once a year will make sure your hardwoods look their best and last a very long time. Thoroughly cleaning hardwood floors requires powerful machines that clean all the cracks and crevasses.

The On Target Process

  1. Preparation Before we start cleaning hardwood floors, our technicians do a thorough inspection the floors with you to identify any pre-existing damage and what type of floors you have.
  2. Pre-Vacuum Once the type of floor is determined, we will pre-vacuum the floors to remove any dust or dry soil to ensure the best clean possible.
  3. Deep Clean We will use our custom floor scrubber that will gently buff the surface of the floors, loosening all the dirt, allergens, and other unwanted debris from deep in the wood. Then we extract the dirt and debris off with our squeegee wand, rinsing away all the built-up dirt from all the cracks and crevasses.
  4. Drying After we are done extracting the floors, we will dry the area with a microfiber mop and our high velocity air movers. Furniture can be placed back on the floors immediately and floors are ready to walk on right away.
  5. Quality Check Finally, our technicians will do a walk-through with you to ensure you are satisfied with the cleaning.

An optional water-based polyurethane can be applied to fill in any scuffs and scratches. This will require dry time and floors cannot be immediately walked on. Contact us to learn more details on this offering.
